As part of the ‘Ace Design’ team, this affordable housing project, located in Canley Vale involved providing a complete budget friendly design concept for this two-story townhouse. My role was to develop the rendered floorplans and elevations, 3D rendered drawings, samples board and the spatial planning along with the  FF&E and CAD drawings for the bathrooms. The clients brief was to keep the materials and finishes as neutral as possible to allow for effortless transition between tenants. The concepts and spatial planning needed to first and foremost be functional. The colours, textures and tones throughout the space are clean and minimalist to create a relaxing, soothing space throughout the design for any tenant.
